  Our day with the Hot Dawg was unbelievable! I could talk here about my experience with him as there are many things I experienced Walleye fishing that day I had never experienced before. More importantly was the experience my son had that morning. It's a day he will never forget for the rest of his life. Bringing in keeper walleyes with his Dad and the"Hot Dawg". The tips and tricks he learned from Hot Dawg are so valuable that he can apply on future trips. My son is not usually outspoken. This day he was talking laughing and conversing with Hot Dawg as if he'd known him for years. He had no fears. and his cares and concerns were gone. He was just being a kid, on a boat catching fish with the best guide on Bull Shoals lake. I will be forever grateful to Hot Dawg for putting us on the fish and for putting fish in the boat. I'm even more grateful for what he put in my boys heart and soul that beautiful September morning. What he did for my son that day was priceless. My boy caught the fever that day, The fishing fever. Once you get it you never lose it. It's one of the best things a Dad can give his son. That feeling of the pull on your line from a fish down below can't be duplicated. I hope when Hot Dawg reads this he realizes that he is not only a awesome fisherman but an even better man and role model. Thanks Hot Dawg!! My son and I will be back soon!   Great guy! I went on a solo trip with him mid Sept 2017. Loved the experience. He helped me reel in 70+ trout that day on the river. He did a great job of showing me around the area, and showing me what the trout are hungry for. You can tell he takes pride in making sure you had a good time.

  Hot Dawg and Pat are super friendly and helpful. Our guide was very knowledgable, put us on a ton of trout, and was very patient with myself and 2 sons (who have never trout fished before). We had a great time, and the experience far exceeded my expectations!

  7/21/23 We were with a different guide service and ended up in a Lunch break with them due to rain. They were preparing a feast for their clients. Hushpuppies, French fries, fried fish. Treated their clients with such personal service, laughing and having a great time. Treated us very well knowing we were with a different service. Then said "here have some hushpuppies" We had cold cuts :( and a cookie, both days. I will be calling "Hotdawgs" next trip with my wife and family! But honestly it was much more that the cold cuts. HotDawgs just seemed genuine people. Jesse
