Captain Joe took four of us out for an awesome afternoon of fishing and a shore lunch to follow. We caught several walleye, catfish, sheephead, and white bass. Captain Joe made it easy - he set up all the lures and instructed us about how to set up the lines. I have to say, the best part of the afternoon was the shore lunch. THE BEST walleye I've ever had cooked over an open fire (not to mention the potatoes and beans) and s'mores for dessert. Yum! Highly recommend for a fun, delicious afternoon.

Captain Joe, my daughter and I can’t thank you enough for the greatest day ever of not only fishing but father/daughter bonding. You got us on the fish quickly and seeing her joy of landing a large small mouth bass within the first ten minutes was mind blowing. You truly delivered on a great day and great experience!!! We can’t wait to go fishing with you again soon. I lost count of how many fish we caught but walleye, bass, white bass, cat fish, perch - what a great variety. And I really appreciate learning your tips about how to catch those challenging walleye - I feel like I’m ready to enroll in a fishing tournament!!

I have to admit that I am not an overly experienced fisherman but wanted to learn more and get to know the Chain of Lakes better from a fishing experience. I had heard great things about Captain Joe and my experience did not disappoint. Though he has all the latest high tech equipment, great boat and super knowledge, the thing I liked most is the fact that he made me so comfortable on the trip. Not only is he a great person, he has a unique teaching skill that allowed me to learn a lot without feeling like the rookie that I am. I would strongly recommend Captain Joe to anyone that wants a great fishing experience, whether learning from his years of experience or just hunting for the trophy fish with a guy that you will call friend by the of your trip!

Joe is a great guide. Took my wife and I to 3 fishing spots and we caught walleyes at each spot. Joe definitely knows the chain, knows how to catch fish and will entertain you before, during and after your fishing experience. Give him a shot.👍
