  My brother and I had a great time with the Reef Fly shop. We stayed in their cottages for 3 nights, and they were great. The place felt new with nice appliances and great layout with a sizable social living room and most importantly clean and comfortable beds. We also did two days of guided fishing on a drift boat with a great guide Eric Anderson. Eric was super passionate, knowledgeable about the waters, and most importantly patient as it became fairly windy at moments. This was also our first time fly fishing on a drift boat which was a super cool experience and Eric ensured it was comfortable. He knew every bend of the river, where the fish were at, when to change and adjust the flys and depth, and even where the bald eagles and owls lived which was incredible to see. He stayed consistent and his desire to share his waters, teach us about the environments, and put us on fish was tangible. I highly recommend requesting him, although this was our first time with the reef fly shop and I am sure the other guides are great because I know the vibe and knowledge in their fly shop is great and comfortable. They also provided a good bagged lunch on the full day floats, sodas, and plenty of water with a cool souvenir water bottle. The fishing itself was incredible. Nothing I could have even imagined. We floated the Grey Reef both days and we each landed a handful of 20 inch fish, and many other 16+ inchers. I will definitely be be back with them, and I highly recommend booking with The Reef Fly Shop

  What can I say...the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The fishing guides were great (we had the best time out on the river)! The cabins were clean, stocked well enough with kitchen equipment, and big enough for our party. Thanks for a fantastic time.

  What a great trip! We stayed at the cabins which were in a perfect location, and both Jalen and Eric did an awesome job with my son and putting all of us on some fish. Much appreciated boys! Awesome time, great outfit, we’ll definitely be back and highly recommend.

  It was my first time flying fishing and I had Ryan McMullen as my guide for 3 days. It was more than amazing. Ryan’s helpful and expert instruction throughout our float made the experience more than enjoyable. We brought close to 30 fish to the boat (leaving another 30 swimming). Ryan was supportive and constantly optimistic which created a fun atmosphere. Thinking about another trip in October. I’m hooked (pun intended). I would highly recommend booking a trip out of the Reef Fly Shop. Best, Joe
