  As a Chater boat captain from Florida. I had a blast with capt. Chet, had an amazing trip. He was able to work us in his schedule more due to weather. Was greatly appreciated him for that. Was able to work with the strong current and rougher seas. But he put us on fish we all had an Amazing time. Was very knowledgeable about everything. Highly recommend this trip with him. If ever back to the Oregon coast he will be getting a call from me.

  We had a fantastic time. Captain Chet was absolutely awesome! We were new to this type of fishing and he explained everything really simply. He had us on fish the entire time. We honestly probably missed more than we caught, and all 5 of us got our limits! We also did a little crabbing and got a bunch of crab! If you are looking for a great family experience, we couldn’t recommend Newfin Charters enough!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely amazing day out on the water with New Fin Fishing Charters! This experience was perfect for both kids and adults—fun, exciting, and incredibly well-run from start to finish. Our guide, Chet, was outstanding. He really knew where to find the best fishing spots, navigated the ocean with confidence, and made sure we all felt safe with a thorough and clear safety briefing at the start. His friendly personality made the whole trip even better. The fishing itself was incredible—at times, the fish were biting faster than we could reel them in! We caught some great fish and had a blast the entire time. On top of that, Chet gave us some fantastic recommendations for local spots to grab the best seafood afterward, which was the perfect way to end the day. If you’re looking for a fun, family-friendly fishing charter, I can’t recommend New Fin Fishing Charters enough. We’ll definitely be back!

  Captain Chet with Newfin Charters is fan-friggin-tastic! I’ve gone out a couple times with friends and we always have a fun time on the water. Chet knows where to go and has always answered all my curious questions. He makes sure we are fishing responsibly and within regulations, which I’m grateful for because I love to eat em! I love Newfin Charters because it’s a smaller vessel that allows for more hands on and Captain Chet does a wonderful job of setting everyone aboard up for success. The season is ramping up so don’t miss out and book a day to catch some dinner!
