  Two-Part Review We had an incredible Fourth of July weekend with RedFin Charters! Part 1:
We spent the Fourth of July out on the water with Captain Jeff on a sunset cruise to watch the Charleston fireworks. He put us in the absolute perfect spot—close enough for an amazing view, but far enough away to avoid the crowds and chaos. As always, Captain Jeff and RedFin Charters went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable experience. It was a perfect evening spent with family, friends, and some truly beautiful views. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate. Part 2:
The very next day, we headed back out for a six-hour fishing charter with Captain Joe. We originally planned to make an offshore run, but the seas were just too rough. Without missing a beat, Captain Joe switched to Plan B—and honestly, we never felt like we missed out on a thing. We caught multiple bull reds and more sharks than we could count. By the end of the trip, our arms were completely worn out—in the best possible way! Captain Joe worked tirelessly to keep us on fish all day long, and his positive attitude never changed. He was knowledgeable, professional, incredibly patient, and quite possibly one of the most laid-back, easygoing people we’ve ever met. There are hundreds—maybe even thousands—of charter companies around Charleston, but if you’re not fishing with RedFin Charters, you’re truly missing out. They don’t just put you on fish—they create unforgettable experiences, lifelong memories, and make you feel like you’re spending the day with great friends. We can’t recommend Captain Jeff, Captain Joe, and the entire RedFin Charters team . One last thing but certainly one of the most important.   We had an amazing private fishing charter with Captain Dan! He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire 4 hour experience enjoyable. We caught lots of fish and sharks! We had such a great time out on the water. I would highly recommend booking a trip with him when you are in Charleston. We can’t wait to do it again!

  My fiancé and I had an amazing 8 hour fishing charter with RedFin Charters in Charleston. From the moment we stepped on the boat, Captain Michael made us feel welcome and ensured we had a great experience. Even though the fishing was hit or miss at times, Michael worked hard all day to keep us on fish and make the trip fun. His knowledge, professionalism, and positive attitude were outstanding. The deckhands were also fantastic. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the entire day even more enjoyable. The boat and equipment were top-notch, and everything was clean, organized, and professional. What I didn’t realize at the time was that Michael was also helping my fiancé plan a surprise proposal. At the end of the trip, my fiancé proposed, and it turned into one of the happiest moments of my life. Michael helped make that moment possible, and I’ll always be grateful for that. What stood out most was how invested the team was in creating a truly special and memorable experience for us, not just providing a great day of fishing. Captain Michael was outstanding. His knowledge, professionalism, and positive attitude made the trip unforgettable. He also played a huge role in helping the proposal come together seamlessly. The deckhands were equally impressive.
