  Dan was incredible! He picked us up at our resort, and had us fishing within minutes. We have three young girls and he explained everything to them, was very patient with them. We caught numerous fish, and he cleaned them for us. Definitely has been a highlight for us, and our girls! We all had so much fun! 5 stars!! We will definitely be booking again!

  We booked Walleye Dan for a fishing trip on May 21 as part of the wedding festivities for my daughter’s groom and groomsmen, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of the entire wedding week. Dan put us on the fish, but what truly made the trip special was his passion for customer service and creating an unforgettable experience. He worked tirelessly to make sure everyone was successful and having a great time on the water. Whether you were an experienced angler or a beginner, Dan made everyone feel comfortable and involved. More importantly, he helped create memories that will last a lifetime. In fact, Dan was the talk of the wedding, with everyone sharing stories about the trip and the great time they had.   Our family has been fishing with Dan for years now- and whether it's a family trip, a girls' weekend, or friends visiting from out of town, a day on the water with Dan always ends up being one of the best parts of the trip. He makes everything so easy. He picks us up at our resort, has all the gear ready, knows where the fish are, and somehow makes everyone feel like they know exactly what they're doing. All we have to do is show up and reel them in. But what keeps us coming back isn't just the fishing. Dan is the kind of person you genuinely enjoy spending the day with. He's kind, funny, patient, and great with people of all ages. Our daughter absolutely adores him and talks about him like he's an old family friend. For me personally, these trips mean even more. My dad loved to fish, and after losing him, there is something really special about watching our daughter fall in love with fishing, too. Dan has played a big part in creating those memories for our family and helping carry on a tradition that means a lot to us. That's something we'll always be grateful for. If you're considering booking a trip, do it. You'll catch fish, have a great time, and understand very quickly why so many people come back year after year.

  11-15-2025 Fun day with Guide Walleye Dan, Bill Younger, Eric Troidl. Walleyedans guided fishing services are top notch, very acomidating and gets you on fish. Highly recommend this coming and request for Dan.
